The Group HR Cost Controlling (HRCC) function of our customer is embarking on an exciting transformation project, implementing a cutting-edge EPM/BI solution. This unified platform, leveraging SAP BW/4HANA as the backend with Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC live connection) for the frontend, will revolutionize how we consolidate employee data and costs across all global brands and regions. It will also be instrumental in forecasting our workforce evolution for future Budget and Forecast cycles.
How You Will Contribute:
– Actively participate in design workshops, translating requirements into precise implementation details in line with the customer's best practices.
-Provide expert functional feedback, optimizing requirements to maximize the capabilities of our chosen tools.
-Design and implement robust technical solutions within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
-Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the accurate execution of business rules.
-Present solutions compellingly to diverse stakeholders and champion user adoption.
Experience:
– 10+ years of experience in SAP BW, with a significant focus on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development and data visualization.
– Advanced expertise in Analysis for Office and are highly proficient in SAC story creation using BW/4HANA live connections.
– Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, adept at transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights.
– Keen eye for detail, designing clean, intuitive layouts that prioritize user adoption and ease of use.
– In-depth knowledge of HR reporting requirements and KPI analysis.
– Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Italian is a valuable asset.
