Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP Content Developer to create high-impact, user-focused training and support materials for an ongoing SAP implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing training content using various formats (ILT, job aids, eLearning) and tools, including WalkMe, to support users across end-user training, integrated testing, and UAT phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Content Development:
- Build and maintain high-quality SAP training content including:
- Instructor-led training (ILT) decks
- Facilitator guides
- End-user job aids
- Reference guides
- eLearning modules (selectively)
- WalkMe digital walkthroughs and in-app help
- SAP Testing Support Materials:
- Develop training content for SMEs involved in integrated testing and UAT.
- Create test playbooks, scenario documentation, and defect tracking guides.
- WalkMe Utilization:
- Use WalkMe to design and deploy in-application guidance, step-by-step walkthroughs, and just-in-time learning solutions.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify key areas for WalkMe enhancement.
- Learning Documentation & Asset Management:
- Organize and manage all learning assets, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Work closely with project teams to align materials with evolving processes and system updates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing training content in SAP environments.
- Proficiency with content development tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
- Hands-on experience using WalkMe to develop digital learning content and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex SAP processes for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.
