Role Summary – 1

With a focus on Business workflows and SAP Workflows, this consultant supports SAP FI Finance and SAP TR Treasury processes, while also utilizing ServiceNow for incident/request management. Operating within the Delivery squad, they enhance core financial operations in ECC, ensuring smooth integration with treasury functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and treasury stakeholders to refine requirements for FI and TR modules.
• Leverage ServiceNow for managing support tickets, workflow approvals, and process automation.
• Troubleshoot and address finance/treasury issues (e.g., payment runs, bank statement reconciliations).
• Propose enhancements to FI/TR workflows, including integration with other SAP or non-SAP apps.
• Guide end-users on new or updated processes, ensuring efficient adoption of revised workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP FI/TR functional consulting in an ECC environment.
• Familiarity with business workflow design and ServiceNow integration.
• Bilingual in French/English; skilled at bridging finance, IT, and external service providers.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall finance transformation projects.

Role Summary – 2

Similarly placed in the Delivery squad with an emphasis on Business workflows and SAP Workflows, this consultant works extensively on SAP FI Finance, SAP TR Treasury, and ServiceNow tools. Their focus is to streamline and support key financial operations, ensuring robust treasury and workflow integration across ECC.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and clarify requirements for FI and TR processes, integrating best practices into SAP ECC.
• Manage day-to-day financial incidents, using ServiceNow to coordinate fixes and enhancements.
• Drive improvements in SAP-based workflows, including approvals for treasury transactions or financial postings.
• Provide functional oversight for system testing, cutovers, and user trainings.
• Maintain strong alignment with other SAP modules or external systems to ensure end-to-end process integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC FI/TR, with proven workflow configuration.
• Capable of leveraging ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management.
• Fluency in French and English; adept at collaborating with finance, IT, and third-party teams.
• Familiar with structured (Waterfall) and iterative (Agile) project lifecycles.

Also embedded in the Delivery squad, this role covers Business workflows and SAP Workflows in tandem with SAP FI Finance and SAP TR Treasury, alongside ServiceNow usage. The consultant ensures stable and optimized finance/treasury processes across the enterprise, providing both daily support and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and treasury users to refine system requirements and integration points.
• Configure and maintain SAP FI/TR functionalities, focusing on approvals, automated postings, and reconciliation.
• Utilize ServiceNow for managing support activities, tracking incidents, and overseeing enhancements.
• Identify optimization opportunities for finance/treasury workflows, bridging functional gaps with IT.
• Deliver training and documentation to ensure broad user adoption of new or modified finance solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP ECC FI/TR consulting experience, including workflow setups.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow as an ITIL-based platform for issue management.
• Bilingual (French/English); confident in leading cross-functional solution design.
• Ability to operate under both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
