SAP FICO Solution Architect – Associate Director (Based in Singapore)
A prominent consulting firm with international reach is expanding its digital transformation capabilities and is currently hiring a Senior SAP FICO Architect. This role will focus on driving finance transformation projects through SAP, especially S/4HANA implementations, across multiple industry sectors. As a senior contributor, you'll collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to shape strategic solutions, deliver high-impact system designs, and ensure seamless integration of SAP tools into complex business environments.
Role Overview
- Take ownership of designing scalable SAP solutions that align with the financial and operational goals of clients.
- Translate business challenges into SAP system configurations and technical requirements, especially within the Finance & Controlling (FICO) domain.
- Facilitate the end-to-end delivery lifecycle — from blueprinting and solutioning to deployment and optimization.
- Partner with business leaders to capture requirements, define technical roadmaps, and provide expert-level guidance during implementations or system upgrades.
- Participate in early-stage client discussions to shape transformation roadmaps and support commercial proposal development.
- Oversee junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and quality outcomes.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 12–15 years of deep hands-on SAP experience, especially in architecting solutions within FICO modules.
- Proven involvement in S/4HANA migration initiatives (greenfield or brownfield) with a strong understanding of financial workflows and integration points.
- Adept at business process redesign and leading blueprint workshops — beyond just managing tasks, you bring strategic input.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing both technical and functional streams and ensuring deliverables are aligned with broader project goals.
- Familiar with Agile delivery frameworks and managing change within complex environments.
