SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA (Hybrid | US Time Zone Friendly)
Location: Hybrid (Singapore-based with flexibility for US time zone calls)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to lead complex SAP initiatives, especially around S/4HANA. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery. This role requires a solid high-level understanding of SAP and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across regions, including the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects across business units.
- Engage with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for project updates and escalation.
- Prepare and deliver clear, confident presentations to internal teams and client leadership.
- Conduct regular calls across different time zones, including US working hours.
- Ensure project milestones, quality, and scope are aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience across various modules and project types.
- Proven experience in managing at least 3 S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong high-level understanding of SAP architecture and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to work on a hybrid model and comfortable joining calls in US time zones.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
