Our client is urgently seeking a number of SAP QM Consultants to work on a 12 months hybrid contract based on the JD below:

  • The SAP support analyst will triage and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation to ensure the smooth functioning of the SAP system. It can also help on defined project activities (ex. Testing)
  • Incident Resolution: Take necessary actions to resolve incidents promptly and effectively. This may involve applying system configurations, executing fixes, implementing patches, or coordinating with other teams or vendors for assistance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Document incident details, solutions, and workarounds in a knowledge base or incident management system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation to facilitate future incident handling and knowledge sharing within the support team and with end-users.
  • Good understanding of the integration between QM and the other modules of S4HANA, namely: PP-PI, EWM, IM, SD and PM
  • Hands on experience in the key SAP S/4 QM functionalities, ideally in pharma environment, including SAP configuration
