Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SAP SD/MM Consultant with S/4HANA implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical background in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), with the ability to configure, support, and optimize business processes across the supply chain domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support SAP S/4HANA SD/MM implementation and rollout projects
- Perform full-cycle configuration and testing of SAP SD and MM modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process mapping
- Manage integration points with other modules (e.g., FI, WM, PP)
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments
- Conduct user training and support post-go-live activities
- Ensure alignment with global templates and compliance with IT governance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SD and/or MM hands-on configuration experience
- At least 1 full-cycle implementation of S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of core business processes in Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management
- Experience with pricing, billing, shipping, output types (SD) and purchase orders, inventory movement, release strategy (MM)
- Familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP Activate methodology preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of IDoc/ALE and integration with third-party systems
- Exposure to EWM, TM, Ariba, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or retail
