Position: SAP Specialist (FI preferred, integration with PP, QM, SD, and MM)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week on-site in Saluggia (VC)

Experience required: 4 to 10 years of experience with SAP

Role Description:

The SAP Specialist supports the implementation of projects and change activities in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing by proactively collaborating with the ERP team and assisting the Business in carrying out its operations. This role contributes to the management and continuous improvement of IT services to meet the needs of internal customers (business departments).

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system improvements in alignment with key users
  • Implement solutions independently or in collaboration with external consultants
  • Participate in the rollout of projects across different countries
  • Supervise the correct functioning of the system by regularly checking for anomalies or missing information
  • Proactively support the management of Incidents and Problems
  • Manage and implement user access policies (Segregation of Duties)
  • Carry out system validation tests and participate in Internal and External Audit programs
  • Organize and deliver training courses for ERP users
  • Perform data management activities
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the production environment, including system monitoring
  • Ensure that process design complies with established requirements, methodologies, and best practices
  • Ensure that business system implications are clearly communicated to the relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in process mapping, including process flows, data flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, etc.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Good knowledge of at least three of the following ERP modules: FI, SD, MM, PP, QM, IM, WM
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of data exchange via EDI and related standards such as EDIFACT and IDOCS
  • Familiarity with software validation best practices (e.g., GAMP 5)
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience working with SAP
  • Understanding of project management processes
  • Good command of English (B1 level)
