We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join a major transformation program for a leading manufacturing group operating in regulated industries. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across the full SAP SuccessFactors suite and a proven ability to architect integrated, scalable HR solutions.
🔍 Your Role:
You will act as the functional and architectural lead for the HRIS stream, driving solution design, integration strategy, and alignment with business stakeholders and technical teams. Your focus will span the entire employee lifecycle.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across the full SAP SuccessFactors suite:
- Employee Central
- Time Management
- Recruitment & Onboarding 2.0
- Performance & Goals
- (Other modules such as Learning, Succession Planning, and Compensation are a plus)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and integrated solution designs
- Define and manage system architecture, data models, and workflows across modules
- Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems (e.g. payroll, time tracking)
- Guide implementation teams and provide expertise across the entire delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure solution alignment
- Document system designs, business processes, and configuration standards
- Support testing, change management, and end-user training strategies
✅ Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience with at least 5 years as a solution architect
- Proven delivery across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Talent modules
- Experience in regulatory or manufacturing industries (Chemical, Food, Pharma preferred)
- Strong integration knowledge with S/4HANA and external HR systems
- Solid understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in HRIS landscapes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Business English
- Comfortable working in a remote, global team environment
