8-10+ years of experience in Agile Program Management, Agile Service Management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies, with hands-on experience applying them in delivery teams and leading successful methodology adoption.
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and collaboration platforms like Figma/Figjam, with experience configuring these tools from the ground up to support custom workflows and unique team requirements.
Experience in Agile service delivery, managing multiple teams and programs in a scaled Agile environment.
Excellent facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to manage expectations and influence decision-making.
Proven track record in driving Agile transformations, operational improvements, and team performance.
Certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or ITIL preferred.
