Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior SAP CO Consultant to join the maintenance and support team for a leading French company. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the SAP Controlling (CO) landscape.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity, fully remote with the flexibility to travel to Paris 2 to 5 days per year for onboarding or key alignment meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for SAP CO processes, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
- Handle incidents, change requests, and small enhancements in line with business needs.
- Work closely with business users and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Analyze existing configurations and suggest improvements or optimizations.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior SAP CO Consultant with strong knowledge of the core CO modules.
- Solid background in SAP support and maintenance environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of CO integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, PP).
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
- Availability to travel occasionally to Paris (2–5 days/year).
