(Senior) Site Reliability Engineer – Plattform Engineering
Location: Barcelona/Spain with a hybrid work 8 days a month in the office
Permanent Contract within an End Client – Large retail Company
Experience: minimum of 6 years of experience
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the design, development and maintenance of high-quality, scalable and reliable code for our software products based on Kubernetes
- You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and maintenance
- You conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and promote knowledge sharing within the team
- You actively participate in design and architecture discussions to advance the technical vision and roadmap of our products
- You eliminate toil by continuously working to improve and automate our processes
Your profile
- You have excellent knowledge of one of the following programming languages: C, C ++, Go (Golang), Rust
- You have experience in setting up and operating distributed systems on a large scale
- You have a comprehensive understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, error analysis, and other common concepts
- You act on your own initiative, enjoy working in an agile manner and are reliable
- You are ready to work with international teams
