Actively seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the platform team on a full-time contract basis. As an integral part of the team, the developer will focus on enhancing and maintaining our suite of applications using ServiceNow's cutting-edge technologies, including App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder. This role is crucial for driving our digital transformation and delivering exceptional service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and optimize applications within the ServiceNow platform using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop custom solutions.
- Implement and maintain workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and other ServiceNow configurations.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of platform functionality through effective testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring optimal platform performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates and new technologies, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, specifically with expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
- Proven track record of developing and managing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and how they can be implemented in ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
