PATH: ServiceNow AppsEngine ERP integrated Design Consultant
Overview
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
business requirements, design Applications on ServiceNow (Now Platform) including Travel,
Claim Request Approval, Invoice Creational and Approval, Budget Application Approval, and
Discount Approval Application integrated with SAP for Panasonic regional companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and capture business requirements.
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Provide expertise in Travel, Claim Request Approval, Invoice Creational and Approval, Budget Application Approval, and Discount Approval Application.
- Ensure that applications are designed in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with surrounding systems team to ensure designs align with integration requirements, such as SAP and MuleSoft.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Create ServiceNow Design Document/Specification and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
- Work with technical teams and COE to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and complied with Panasonic ServiceNow AppsEngine Development guideline.
- Align designs with business objectives and obtain design sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing Travel, Claim Request Approval, Invoice Creational and Approval, Budget Application Approval, and Discount Approval Applications.
- Experience working with ERP integrated applications or ERP applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
