Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to implement UX strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on UX best practices and design thinking methodologies.
- Audit existing digital products and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
