Led by Salesforce Data Cloud Consultants and Agentforce Specialists Amy Morris and Nadeem Mahran, the build-along course offers practical, hands-on experience in developing an end-to-end product with the latest Salesforce AI capabilities. Week 1: Provisioning Data Cloud and setting up Agentforce

  a.  Set up Developer Org
     b.  Turn on Data Cloud
     c.  Turn on Einstein and Agentforce
     d.  Set up Permission Sets
     e.  Learn about the Service Agent (Topics, Instructions, and Data Library in future sessions)

Week 2: Use Data Cloud to unify, harmonize, and activate event data from Salesforce CRM & Amazon S3

     a.  Ingest Event, Session, and Speaker streams
     b.  Identity resolution
     c.  Calculated Insight

Week 3: Introduction to Agent Builder

    a.  Topics and Agent Flow Actions
    b.  Configure an Agent Action and Grant Permissions
    c.  AMA session

Week 4: Introduction to Prompt Builder and creating data-grounded Prompt Templates

     a.  Guided prompt templates
     b.  AMA session

Week 5: Create prompt templates, execute them from Flows

     a.  E.g., Flow email triggers for event registration confirmation.
     b.  Add more topics, instructions and actions to the agent. Observe responses and iterate

Week 6: Implement Agentforce Event Assistant to an Experience Cloud site (inquire, register, etc.)

     a.  Use the Agent to answer common questions like
               i.  "Register or add me to the wait-list."
               iii.  "Summarize the key themes of Dreamforce based on past sessions."
               iv.  "Suggest networking opportunities at my chosen event."
               v.  "Draft a funding-request email to my manager outlining ROI."
               vi.  "Surface resource pages, social links, and travel tips for a selected conference."
